Jea Sang You is a distinguished leader and respected expert with over 35 years of experience in heavy machinery, architecture, and management. As the founder and CEO of DK Aerospace, Jea Sang has revolutionized the air logistics market with the development of the world's first foldable LD-3 unit, a groundbreaking innovation that has received FAA approval. This pioneering technology offers an unprecedented solution to challenges in the ULD industry, showcasing DK Aerospace's unique, premium, and effective mechanisms.
His career began with leading the production of frames for heavy machinery, including excavators, forklifts, cranes, and wheel loaders. His expertise secured partnerships with industry giants such as HITACHI and SMITOMO, positioning his company as a key supplier to Hyundai Heavy Industries and Halla Heavy Industries.
In addition to his remarkable achievements, he has supervised plant construction and civil engineering projects, and has pioneered innovations in glass window structures using steel frames. His creativity in curtain wall design has been recognized with patents. Under his leadership, the company has excelled in manufacturing and installing steel curtain walls for prestigious government buildings and high-profile construction projects.
In his latest venture, he leads GWANG-IL INDUSTRY, where he drives innovation and excellence in the manufacturing and installation of mining machinery.

Mu Gyeom Kim, Chief Engineering Officer
Mu Gyeom Kim is the Chief Engineering Officer at DK Aerospace, where he leads the development of foldable air cargo containers, overseeing everything from research and design to production and testing. With over 20 years in the aviation sector, he brings a wealth of experience and a track record of innovation, continually integrating cutting-edge technology and industry trends into his work.
Prior to joining DK Aerospace, Mu Gyeom Kim gained significant experience in heavy equipment design at YOUSUNG Co., Ltd., and developed expertise in steel curtain walls and high-efficiency energy materials. His previous role at GWANG-IL INDUSTRY involved leading mining machinery development and installation, where he ensured high standards of quality and efficiency.
Driven by a commitment to advancing the aviation transportation industry, Mu Gyeom Kim aims to create air cargo containers renowned for their exceptional quality and performance.
Seong Deok You, Chief Operating Officer
Seong Deok You plays a pivotal role as a Director at DKA Company, contributing with a wealth of diverse experiences and specialized knowledge. Drawing on a strong background in design and operations, he is key to developing and implementing effective business strategies, overseeing company operations, and driving organizational success.
Before assuming his current role, Seong Deok You served as a representative at a leading container manufacturing company in South Korea. During this time, he gained extensive experience in manufacturing, finance, international sales, and commercial matters. He also made significant contributions to the mining sector, developing and managing mining projects.
He studied Visual Communication at FIDM in Los Angeles, USA, and served as a sergeant in the 32nd Engineer Battalion in South Korea. His broad expertise spans design, operational management, and international business, allowing him to excel as a collaborative leader within DKA Company.
Seong Deok You is dedicated to realizing corporate visions and driving organizational growth through strategic planning and execution. His extensive experience is a vital asset to the company, fostering innovation and success across various domains.
Damon Hyeong Seok Jeong, Chief International Affairs Officer
Hyeongseok Jeong serves as the Director at DK Aerospace. In this role, he oversees overall operations, manages external communications, and handles the translation, interpretation, and creation of various official documents between English and Korean.
While new to aviation logistics, Dr. Jeong has been deeply engaged in the industry since 2011 through translating manuals, handbooks, and FAA documents for DK Aerospace. Since November 2021, he has been fully dedicated to his role, working closely with executives at DK Aerospace. This collaboration has allowed him to gain hands-on knowledge and stay current with evolving trends in aviation logistics.
Dr. Jeong holds a Ph.D. in English Linguistics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, with expertise in text analysis, genre analysis, and language negotiation. He has also authored and translated numerous internal documents, including the official handbook detailing DK Aerospace’s foldable containers.

Prof. Issa Baluch
Chair Professor Issa S. Baluch is a prominent figure in the global Freight Forwarding industry, renowned for his thought leadership, innovation, and influential contributions. With close to 40 years of experience, he has revolutionized product and goods transportation worldwide, pioneering Sea-Air Combined Transport operations in the United Arab Emirates.
Starting as a Clerk at the Gulf Agency Company in Dubai in 1973, Issa swiftly climbed the ranks, holding significant positions like Shipping Supervisor, Deputy Manager, and General Manager of Freight Forwarding. In 1989, armed with industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded the Swift Freight International Group in Dubai, which rapidly became a leading Freight Logistics provider in the UAE, with 40+ locations across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Issa held prominent roles, including Chairman of Transport Logistics USA, Africa Atlantic Holding, Air Cargo Trader, and Africa West Cargo Airline. He also served as a Director at Wentworth Resources Limited, an East African oil and natural gas producer.
His commitment to guiding trade professionals’ success is evident through his role as President of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Association (FIATA) and Chairman of the FIATA Logistics Academy.
As an advisor and mentor in global transportation and logistics, Issa authored several books and remains a sought-after expert.
Harvard University recognized his contributions, inviting him to become a Fellow in its Advanced Leadership Initiative program. He held positions as a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and as a Dean’s Council member at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
With three Lifetime Achievement awards, Issa’s reputation as an innovative leader is widely acknowledged. He actively supports technological innovation and economic transformation in developing countries, serving as an Advisory Board member of the Calestous Juma Legacy Foundation and chairing First Hectares Capital and the African Agribusiness Knowledge and Innovation Leadership Initiative (AKILI).

John Dragonetti
Mr. Dragonetti is a seasoned business consultant and financial intermediary specializing in mergers and acquisitions and fundraising for oil and gas companies. With 45 years of experience and residency in the Middle East and Africa, he has cultivated strong personal and business relationships with numerous government, social, and business leaders in the region. His advisory roles have primarily focused on the oil and gas sector, providing guidance to both business and government entities.
As a co-founder and President of a Canadian publicly listed company, Mr. Dragonetti played a pivotal role in securing concessions in the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Mozambique. He managed government relations and operations during their drilling phase, showcasing his leadership and expertise.
In his capacity as a founding shareholder of another public company listed on the Oslo and UK stock exchanges, he served as a senior executive for three years, based in Tanzania and Mozambique. His contributions were crucial to the company's success in these regions.
Mr. Dragonetti also held an executive position with a UK-based company, where he was involved in the exploration and development of concessions in the UAE, Tunisia, and Oman. Additionally, he has served on several private and public boards in the petroleum, mining, and agriculture sectors.
Mr. Dragonetti holds a BA and MA from Michigan State University in the USA. He is also an accomplished author of two fiction novels and has contributed to the writing and editing of several non-fiction academic works on logistics and agriculture.

Rajesh Warrier
Mr. Rajesh Warrier has extensive experience spearheading development, designing and implementing effective business growth strategies, overseeing operations, establishing policies/procedures, and promoting company vision. His expertise includes the supervision of financial stewardship, capital and operations management, information technology, international operations, as well as commercial and financial affairs. In aggregate, Rajesh has over twenty-eight years of work experience, and was recently recognized as one of the Top 10 best COOs in Dubai, U.A.E, by CEO Insights Asia Magazine.
Rajesh received his Bachelor’s degree from Bombay University in 1996. He further pursued and accomplished his MBA in the UAE. Recently, he secured his Master’s Certificate from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Rajesh’s strengths include, developing and managing relationships with partners and vendors, spearheading company expansion, cultivating strong corporate alliances, evaluating performance by analyzing KPIs, and fostering an accountable, success-oriented environment within the company.
Abdul Rahim
Abdul is involved in steering strategic growth and development of new products relative to supply chain management with a special focus on the aviation industry. Having held various positions in the last 25 Years (x-Lufthansa Cargo / x-Dnata Cargo) in the aviation industry. He gained extensive exposure to the ULD world when he was responsible for Middle East Operations at Jettainer GmbH for 11 Years. Since joining ACT he has been providing his expert advice on ULD engineering and looking for potential clients globally.
